Joey Jackson is a nationally recognized attorney who has represented individuals and labor unions in state and federal court for over two decades. As Principal and Founder of Joey Jackson Law, PLLC, Jackson oversees every aspect of the practice. Jackson has been a member of the New York Bar since 1995. After graduating from Hofstra Law School, Jackson was appointed Assistant District Attorney under Robert Morgenthau. Following a successful career as a prosecutor where he received the Distinguished Public Service Award, Jackson joined Koehler & Isaacs L.L.P. He served as Senior Trial Counsel specializing in criminal defense. Jackson has tried cases and received favorable verdicts in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Nassau, Rockland, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties. At the Federal level, he handles cases in both the Eastern and Southern Districts.
