Sofia Yagudaev is the Executive Vice President/Administrator and one of the founding members of Boulevard Home Care Associates. Sofia was born in Russia and immigrated to the US from Israel at the age of twelve. She graduated from Long Island University with a BS in Health Sciences. Sofia is recognized as one of the “Leading Female Entrepreneurs under 30” in New York City.

Under Sofia’s leadership in less than four years, Boulevard Home Care Associates has grown from a start-up operation to a state-of-the-art Home Care Organization that serves several thousand patients. Sofia’s inspiration comes from her grandmother who was a three-time cancer survivor and instilled in her the desire to support families who do not understand how to access and utilize the health care system in the U.S. Under her guidance Boulevard has expanded its geographic scope and service offerings while implementing a culture of best practices, all focused on improving the patient experience. Boulevard was one of only 13 Agencies that received an award to function as a Fiscal Intermediary for all counties in New York State.
Sofia takes pride in giving back to the community. She hosted a “paint and sip” event for the patients and their families to raise awareness for Breast Cancer, a Diwali event for the South Asian community along with their leaders explaining the health care system to new immigrants, healthy eating demonstrations, and has raised funds for organizations such as the AHA, American Red Cross, and Parkinson’s disease foundation by organizing community fund raisers.

Sofia’s passion is to provide patients the highest quality of care while continuing to be a role model encouraging others to achieve their full potential.
